I am not a fan of car dealerships, especially for repairs, but I love these guys. Polite, professional, helpful and good communication. Plus they wash my car!
SO RUDE!!!!! I called this dealership a few minutes ago and spoke to some gentleman with an Indian accent who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very very surprising especially being a Schomp brand, they just purchased this dealership recently. That is definitely not how Schomp operates from all my past experiences. This gentleman hung up on me after simply asking for Hyundai customer service phone number regarding a Lease return. When I mentioned no we are not planning on purchasing another Hyundai he told me to Google the number and hung up. I was in SHOCK. Sounds like the Schomp teams needs to address this immediately and do some basic customer service training.
Excellent place to buy car: new or used one.The salesman, John Ko, was very professional and helped me with the great patience. I love my new car and very satisfied their service!
I went to Shortline for regular maintenance and an issue with my radio. From the start everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They could not duplicate the problem with the radio but they really worked at it. They comped my oil change because of the amount of time I was waiting. I didn’t ask them to do that for me so it was a pleasant surprise. I will be going back to Shortline for any future maintenance. Thank you for your great service.
Attila Szabo is awesome! I purchased my car last year and I’ve not had a better car buying experience. The service team is wonderful as well! Great customer service and quick. I won’t take my car anywhere else!
